I like the sign of another boat farther on the water: the reflection of a mast in the upper left corner.Nice blues!
I'm sure it would still be cold out on that water, even on a calm day. If you hadn't mentioned it, the calmness and reflection, would've suggested warmth--as if perhaps it were early spring or summer.
