I don't think they want anyone to jump, but if you were that desperate would barbed wire stop you ? You can walk over the top of the bridge if you are willing to pay, but you are not allowed to take your own camera so might as well take the footpath.Webcams are great for a view of the world and this view is no slouch ..... bet the sun is shining too.

Let me see, would the barbed wire stop me? Well, I still might try, but if I couldn't get past it all, I'd go find another bridge.
The slightly tilted image givesthis one an eerie feeling. I always admire the achievements of the people who build these high and long bridges.

You have a very good point. if someone is that desperate I doubt that the barbed wire would stop them. It may make the not quite completely hopeless think twice though.
