Were you in Amsterdam, Jasp? Is the Anne Frank statue near the house on the Prinsengracht? We might have met on the Art Market on Het Spui, if you were there on a Sunday!
This was just over a week ago, decided not to go in to Anne Franks house, it is sad that someone so young is killed by the cruelty of others...and very sad that it is still the case in 2006.

I didn't realize you had been posting again, though I did stop by one morning not too long after you commented on one of my stories, but by that time you were gone, and I didn't have much time to look around and really enjoy this place. So here I am, and I just wanted to say: I absolutely love this Window picture. I love it, just staring at it...four perfect windows. It's beautiful. :)

I would have had a hard time going in as well...so horrible the thought of what she and so many others went through.
